保險內容﹕

Supplier shall obtain and maintain at their expense,a policy or policies of:Commercial General Liability(including product and completed operations,personal and advertising injury and contractual liability coverage)
General Aggregate and Product Liability Coverage with $2,000,000 USD each.
Each Occurrence amount must be $1,000,000 USD.
The policy must be purchased from a carrier that is acceptable to the Company and Completed Operations Aggregate limit, written on an occurrence form.

供貨商應該自雙方合作起始時﹐自費購買並持續保有以下保單﹕
C.G.L商業綜合責任保險單（承保範圍﹕包括產品責任保險和完工責任保險﹐營執行為及廣告造成人格權侵害保險以及合同契約保險）
C.G.L商業綜合責任保險單必須是事故發生基礎保險
保單累計賠償限額和產品責任保險賠償限額必須各為二百萬美元（$2,000,000 USD each）﹐每一個事故的最低限額為一百萬美元（$1,000,000 USD）﹔
而且保單必須從本公司認可的保險公司購買﹐且此保單必須是採用事故發生基礎保險。

Supplier will provide Certificates of Insurance with respect to General Liability containing the Additional Insured Requirement and Waiver of Subrogation Endorsement.

供貨商必須提供C.G.L商業綜合責任保險單證明﹐批單內容需記載買主為本保單附加之被保險人且本保單放棄對買方之代位求償權。

All policies shall contain a waiver of insurer's rights to subrogate against __PTP__.In the event that Supplier is unable to provide proof of General Liability Insurance with the specified requirements above then a 1.5% cost of insurance deduction will be given to the Company off of the cost of goods.Below are the required guidelines:

所有的保單條款必須包含放棄要求_PTP代位償還的保險人的權利。 在供貨商不能提供具有上述特殊要求的一般性債務保險的證明的情況下﹐公司將從貨款中提出百分之一點五(1.5%)作為保險費。以下是所要求的指標﹕

a) General Aggregate and Product Liability Coverage with $2,000,000 USD each.Each Occurrence amount must be $1,000,000 USD.The policy must be purchased from a carrier that is acceptable to the Company.

一般性綜合和產品險各為二百萬美元（$2,000,000 USD）﹐每一個事故的最低限額為一百萬美元（$1,000,000 USD）﹔而且保單必須從公司認可的保險公司購買。

b) Certificates must state that it is an Occurrence form policy.We do not accept claims made policies.

證書必須闡明這是事故保險﹐我們不接受索賠保險。
